“Will this boil over? Or does it have a "max fill line" so I can put my water and pasta in it, turn it on, and walk away? Or will I end up with water overflowing onto my counter? Thanks”

The multi cooker has a fill line. If filled over the fill line... it would boil over. I made Macaroni and cheese and boil the water first. Water boils fast. Once water boils add your pasta. The cooker has a drain in the spout so you can drain the water right off your pasta. If you follow the directions, fill to water line, let it come to boil, add pasta... you could walk away after you set your timer. Hope this helps.
