The cost to install the front and rear camera with hardwire kit in my small SUV was $99.99 + tax at the time that I write this. The hardwiring kit was not included with the dash cam, but I was also gifted the separate hardwiring kit made for my dash cam by the same manufacturer. (Generic kits are available, apparently.) The maker advertises that the hardwiring kit has a sensor to prevent so much battery drain that you won't be able to start your car. We'll see about that. Best Buy did not set up the phone app for me. I had to do that myself, but it wasn't hard even for tech-challenged me.
