“I have several movies, tv shows, and music that has been accumulated on a G Drive 1TB external hard drive, formatted for Mac. Can you pull the media off of the drive, reformat the drive for use with PC, then add the information back to the drive ?”

They probably can but all you have to do is call them at your nearest Best Buy store and ask them.
