Q: QuestionHi, I am locked out of my galaxy s21 because I immediately forgot the swipe pattern to unlock it. Is there a way you can help me either unlock the phone or recover my photos? I really don't want to lose all of those memories! Any help is appreciated.

Q: QuestionMy Galaxy S9 was run over by a bus and while it still had the indicator light flashing that it was on, the screen does not light up and it is constantly buzzing. Is it possible for the data from it to be recovered and transferred to my new phone.

Q: QuestionHi, I have an external hard drive that has been damaged because it was unplugged without being ejected safely too many times. Do you guys fix it at best buy? If so what would be an estimated cost of the fix and an estimate of how long it will take.

• A:Answer I just went through this last month. Data recovery took about a month, but mine was do-able. They copied everything over to a new hard drive and sent me the original one back. The recovery process involved having the hard drive sent to a Geek Squad center in Kentucky, I think. The Total Tech for 1 year was about $200, but I saved exactly with the data recovery. Now, I just get the perks of Total Tech until my subscription runs out.
