QuestionTrying to recover deleted files from an old LG Chocolate phone. When I connect this phone to the computer it is not recognized. I have tried downloading the driver. I looked for debugging and developer mode on this phone. I just can't link the two.

QuestionI have a laptop hdd that failed. I removed it to a hdd external case to try and pull the data off to a new laptop. Unfortunately the hdd doesn't show up when connected. I've done this in the past but can't get it this time. Can you recover the data?

- Answer I can't speak to your specific case, but I had an external 2TB HD and the Geek Squad Data Recovery team was able to recover my Data. The service is not cheap but I purchased the Total Support option and it helped lower the cost but it still was expensive, but they were able to retrieve my data.

QuestionI went to BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD in San Bernardino, CA they said they do not take Google Pixel phones, only Apple. Online GeekSquad employee says to make appointment and they can look. i tried making appointment and nothing is available anywhere near me?

- Answer YIKES - my external harddrive, with 10+ years of photos on it (and not in the cloud, shame on me!) crashed. I could not retrieve no matter what I did. I went to Best Buy Store, and the on site Geek Squad assured me that the data was there, but that I needed to escalate. With great trepidation, I sent off the Hard Drive. GREAT NEWS, THE BEST BUY SUPPORT TEAM is able to retrieve me data! Thanks.
