• The pre-order sold out, you might be able to still find a copy in a local Best Buy. I saw a copy laying around in the game department at my local one.

• The stock for the pre-order goes in and out. It's not like Newegg or other sites where everyone can preorder and only the first come first serve get it. Places like Gamestop, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc. will only let you preorder if they've already have enough of the stock ordered. If Best Buy only bought 500 stock of the game, then only 500 people can preorder. If you check back in sometimes, it comes back in stock because they ordered more or someone cancelled their pre-order. If it's not letting you, then they're out of stock for the time being.
