Go to the 'orders' menu and select that particular mission then 'redeploy cargo', then go get it back from your private locker at the location where you accepted the order.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know it requires you to hold the hourglass in your hand rather than load it on your back. To hold an item in your hand you need to hold down that side’s trigger (R2 for right, L2 for left). If you let go of the trigger, you let go of the item. Don’t know if this is what the problem was, goodluck!
