Hello Christy, thank you for your interest in our systems! Each Camera comes with a 60' cable. The remote viewing app is called DefenderHD and is a free download from your respective App store. And lastly, yes, you are able to remotely view from out of country when your DVR is connected to the internet and you have the App set up correctly.
