“Once the system is up and running, is it possible to have one or two cameras alert me on my phone if there is movement detected, I want to be woken up if someone is by my car or truck. Ideally this feature would only be enabled when I want it at night.”

Great question Bob. The DVR has the option for mobile push notifications, or email alerts while connected to the internet. These can be scheduled for specific times of day.

Yes you can enable motion on your phone. I do that everytime I leave my shop just to make sure no one goes when I'm not there.
