Thank you for the question Mark, using the QR code on the top of the DVR should give you access to the cameras while both home and away. If you require assistance with troubleshooting please contact your place of purchase and they should be able to assist. Thank you for being a part of the Defender Family!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m having the same issue. Can you connect to your cameras when using any WiFi or only the same WiFi that the cameras are on? I can only see the cameras when connected to the same WiFi as the cameras. I want to connect remotely and am having issues!
