“Can the router be set up remote from the DVR. I want the DVR in one location and the router in another. I currently have an either net cable running from and existing outdated system to my wifi router for moniyoring.”

Hi Ron, thank you for your interest in our products! That is an excellent question! The DVR must be located at the location of your internet connect as it requires a direct Ethernet cable connection between your modem and DVR.
