“How user friendly is installing and using the mobile app? Most apps are hard to impossible to get set up/started. Really frustrating if you're not a computer geek.”

Had mine and the wife's up and going within 15 minutes. Download the users manual from their website, follow the directions and you should be able to accomplish the same. There maybe a lag in connecting through the app at times but it is never longer then 5 minutes depending upon your home network.

No logging into routers and changing settings!
