• Thank you for your question! Each camera includes 60ft of cable which will wire the DVR to the cameras. If you need longer cables, we offer extensions in 60ft lengths (HDCBL60) and 120ft lengths (HDCBL120)!

• Yes. The cameras are not wireless they are wired. A security installer will typically run them through your attic. Do note that depending on the size of your home, you may need to buy longer wire than what is included. I needed more wire for my install but it was there at Best Buy so easy purchase.

• Yes. You will need to have a cable that carries the power and video signal from each camera back to the DVD recorder. 4 camera, 4 cables, 8 cameras, 8 cables.
