“My sd card will not pull up on my computer from my defender phoenix M2. Do I need to download a program compatable with Defender? Any suggestions? My field cams sd cards come up , but I get nothing with the Defender sd card. Old compt worked not new on”

• Great question. The SD card should work just like the ones from your field cameras with no additional software required. It may be necessary to format the SD card (this will clear all data from the card) then use it to record once again. You will also want to confirm if you received a micro SD card and adapter or a full size SD card.
