We bought the Defender Camera at Home Depot and was very happy with it for about a month and a half. Then the camera went off line. If we wiggle the wire connected to the camera and the one connected to the power supply it will sometime come back on for a day or a week. Then it goes off line again. We need help to get this corrected. Thank you for any help you can give us.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We looked on the Defender website where it gives directions for a firmware upgrade. I tried that but it didn't work, so we emailed their tech support. they contacted us, and actually mailed a new SD Card with he upgrade already on it. I tried this, and both cameras have been working good for 5 days now. Thanks for the help.
