• Thank you for your question. Once the necessary networking is completed, you can use Safario to playback footage. Alternatively, if you back up footage to a USB drive we offer playback software under the resource sections of our website.

• I don't know about the MacBook. I assume you can. As far as recording. It will override when full. But it will record for a substantial number of days before it does
