- Answer Those speaker appear to have a keyhole slot and these mounts have a threaded screw that goes into the speaker.

QuestionWill these screw into a standard electrical box in the wall? My house is pre-wired and has a blank wall plate. I want to remove the blank and replace with this bracket.

- Answer This mounting bracket is designed to attach to drywall with either hollow-wall anchor bolts or to a wall stud with wood screws. I am doubtful that this would screw into a pre-wired wall plate. It is possible that it would, but is not designed for that type of installation.

- Answer The previous answer is INCORRECT. According to the SVS Prime Satellite product manual, the threaded insert is 1/4-20 thread. These mounts should work for the SVS speakers.
