• Definitive Technology has outstanding costumer support... I advise you to give them a call and.l they will help you out. Or you can always purchase it at homedepot

• Call definitive technology!! They have excellent customer service and will ship you the parts for free if you are in the warranty the warranty usually is 3 to 5 years. Hope this helps you

• If I were you I'd call or go ask the Magnolia guys what to do, pretty sure they will order you what you need! If not them then the guys at Def Tech are awesome with their customer service...email or call them as well.
