• Hi SkB, thanks for your question. Please note there are several things to consider in choosing your chair mat to have a great experience: 1.) Use - Amount of time on your mat 2.) Load – Weight of the chair and person 3.) Carpet Pile – Thickness of pile of carpet The longer the Use, the larger the Load and the thicker the Carpet Pile you should choose a thicker chair mat for a great experience.
