What long of charger is needed? Is it usb-c? null

"Long"? I think you mean "kind," since physical size has little to do with performance. The charger that is included in the box with the computer is the kind you need. If you want an additional charger (always my first purchase with a new laptop), you should be able to get one from the Dell website, or other sellers, or you can buy a "universal" type from BB and others. All of these should have the barrel connector you need. There is no mention in the listing of USB-C power delivery.
