Same thing happened to me as others. The G5 offered by Best Buy as a touchscreen was a marketing mistake. It is not a touchscreen. According to Dell's site there is an option to add touchscreen (or there was at the time), but the Best Buy Model does not. I tried to fight it with Dell and Best Buy and was eventually offered a student discount for a Surface Notebook. Hopefully Best Buy has corrected their mistake on the product description by now. Was very annoying since this was my second laptop purchase with Best Buy that didn't meet my needs based on bad marketing or what I was told it could do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased one and found out the hard way. It also DOES NOT have a touch screen. Description is wrong! I returned it. (See my review for additional detail.)
