Not entirely too sure about your development softwares for rendering, the best suggestion would be, check the manufacturer/softwares website for required specifications at a recommended level. To put into perspective with Red Redemption 2, That game is a very resource heavy when it comes to what you have so an i7-9750H would be fine, 16GB ram would be fine, but the RTX 2060 might have some trouble on Ultra settings 1080p and maintain a perfect 60FPS, but maybe at Medium to High it should par fine. I own a desktop with a RTX 2070 Super, with unlimited framerate, graphical settings on ultra, it goes between 70-90FPS depending on the area.
