“Touch doesn't work with HDMI, monitor doesn't work with USB I bought this to add to my Dell inspiron Windows 8.1 touch laptop so I could have a larger touch interface. If I plug it in with the HDMI it serves as a normal second monitor without touch function. When I try to use the USB cable the monitor is never detected by the computer. It does initially do the "installing device" window but nothing happens. The CD that came with the monitor only detects the monitor when it's connected by HDMI. I was told this would work with a touch laptop but it isn't. Really dissapointed.”
