“Purchased two of these monitors recently for side by side viewing. One has a red line that runs from the top halfway down the monitor. I have looked at troubleshooting options online but nothing has worked. Any suggestions other than return the monitor?”

• This is most likely a bad board on the monitor. I would get it replaced as it is most likely a defect of the hardware.
