You have to go to your desktop, right click on it, display settings, advance display settings, then hit display adapter properties, then hit monitor and go to the drop down box and hit 144.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.144Hz only works when display connected to the display port, hdmi can just provide 60Hz refresh. I am assuming you are connecting with your laptop, you can use thunderbolt/usb-c port to connect to display and manage to have 144Hz refresh. Get a display port to usb-c (thunderbolt capable) cable. I am using the same and achieve 144Hz.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you using a display cable or HDMI? This could be the issue... use the display cable for high refresh rate monitors. This monitor should be set to native 2560x1440 within the Nvidia control panel, once that is done, there should be another section for refresh rate up to 144.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you are using a display port cable, as HDMI cables will not support 144hz (and that your GPU has the proper display port connection)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you, Display Cable solved the issue.
