GSync compatible monitors are not tested as rigorously as a full GSync monitor. NIVIDIA is very thorough in their testing for GSync and GSync ultimate. https://youtu.be/Um0PFoB-Ls4 Linus Tech Tips has a video that talks about it a little.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just built/rebuilt my PC. I tried a 4k samsung with freesync and 60hz and a MSI 24" freesync that was 1080p and 144hz. The samsung was the worst for gaming kept stuttering even with the freesync on. But for watching shows it was as good as any other monitor. The MSI was ok. Fixed bezel so you couldn't angle it and the resolution was not what i was looking for. This monitor is a beast i picked it up for $370 on sale. I am running it with a RTX 2060, I5 9600k, MSI z390 gaming plus, Corsair vengeance 16gb RAM and a 500gb SSD. Highly recommend this monitor.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As far compatible goes GSync Dedicated would work better with Nvidia cards, while AMD works better with FreeSync. Works great with GSync on. Just do ur research on a FreeSync monitor if that is route you may want to go and see how the frames do.
