• This monitor doesn't have a speaker, even though it shows up as a speaker on the PC.

• Correction, Not DVI, its a Displayport cable.

• This monitor does not have built in speakers so you will need external audio such as headphones or speakers. There is a 3.5mm audio jack and 2 USB slots on the lower left side of the bezel you can plug into if you dont want to plug straight to your computers audio driver. Once you plug in, be sure to check your audio device settings to ensure that you have the proper audio input enabled as default.
