“Two questions: 1) Is there a S/PDIF Optical port available in the back of this computer (i.e., for a digital audio connection)? 2) Can the motherboard accommodate a Geoforce RTX 3060 graphic card? That is, are both slot and cable available?”

That optical port is not included. There is space for a full size GPU. but depending on the specific brand/make of the card, space will be limited. As the 3060 if different lengths, fan count, ETC
