“How long should the initial set up take? Took laptop out of box. Turned on laptop, entered Wifi network, and now in a constant blue screen stating your computer will restart before you continue.. BTW, the computer is running hot.”

I've got the same problem. But i've ordered mine directly from Dell, and the box was litteraly trashed when it came home, 5 days late! Now i'm stuck and i've seen in forums that turning power Off, then On at this step should fix the problem. But for mine it doesn't fix anything... when i boot up after this, i'm still at the setup screen with Cortana, but it's stuck there. It doesn't ask me the country, keyboard and usual stuff... it's just stuck there!
