“im not able to increase my brightness. it doesn't appear in the corner and the keys that controls it doesn't work either. is this a bug?”

• I don't think so I got a laptop from them last year my volume brightness and some other keys weren't working I pressed couple random buttons and they worked I really don't know which on it was ever since I was good
