A:Answerdell seems to be struggling with there cooling solutions lately. i have a basic dell non gaming laptop that overheats lol, the reason it crashes is because dells cooling solution is not enough to cool the cpu/gpu.
A:AnswerMine does the same I feel like I constantly have to charge it. I don't believe it's bad because I just got mine and it does the same thing. Possibly it could be because of the storage or just the computer itself.
