Make sure all updates are installed first and then run the Windows Activation Troubleshooter under Settings->About. You will see text offering to troubleshoot. Took a slew of updates and three times troubleshooting before it stopped.

Please try again later.Hi, I also noticed Windows 10 was not activated - if you haven't already - press the windows key and search for "Activation" and it will bring up "Activation Settings." In there, you can then activate the computer and it only takes a few seconds. Make sure you're connected to the internet.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same issue, went to windows search, typed Windows Activation and saw an error when in the Activation settings screen. I clicked on the troubleshooting link and it took care of it, activating Windows for me.
