Please reach out to the Dell support team. They will diagnose the issue in the system and assist you in activating the Hard drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The same thing happened to me initially after buying and setting up. I had all of my past info saved to an external backup hd in order to safely pass it all from my old Dell PC to this new gaming Dell PC. And being used to the OS and larger hd to be in the usual (C) position choice, I attempted to download all 1 TB of info from my back up external hd onto it, only to find out it barely fit as the OS and C choice hd on this new Dell gaming tower is barely 256 GBs capacity. After a bit of careful examination I realized what the Del technicians had done was instead of placing the larger 1TB hd as the primary hd for the OS and all primary game program downloads, they placed the much smaller 256GB capacity there in C instead. Thus the larger 1 TB (which mine was lacking about 60 to 70 GBs (PC shows only a 930 GB full capacity there instead of the full 1000GBs it should have!) was placed in option (D) - Data instead. Thus, most "heavy data and info" saved to this PC must be placed on (D) option (Data) instead of the usual (C) option where the OS is saved. Once one realizes this, it is rather easy to work around/ with, as mostly only game programs and the main PC function programs which take up only a few GBs generally, can be kept normally on the (C) choice. While all pictures, music files, movies, etc. can be the n kept and found easily on (D). And should you need more game program space, one can temporarily delete some of the game programs from (C) to allow for more room for newer ones ... then uninstall those and re-install the ones you wish to play . This would probably only be necessary for much larger games like World of Warfare games and Warframe and such if you wish to keep all on C at the same time, since several of them can literally take up most of 100 GBs or more. I also noticed that (C) the 256GB capacity smaller hd will go red (full - too many GBs stored) when there are only 20 GBs free space remaining there. So always watch and keep it a bit below that always. At present, I have stored on (C) the main PC OS and drivers - as they generally install there automatically upon initiating Windows 10 - and perhaps five smaller gaming programs and still have a good 91 GB free space capacity to add more if I wish to. All my music and movie and picture files, and other larger programs like Photoshop, etc. are all saved on (D) the larger Data hd. You can of course find the two storage hds via the "This PC" option. Once you get a handle on it, it actually works for the better .- at least in my opinion. This is a great and quite powerful compact little PC and since I have owned it, almost two months now, I have enjoyed it very much :) Good luck, hope this helped you in some way :)
