• If you purchased the insurance through best buy regardless, you should be able to send it in. Just keep track of all the paperwork.

• The warranty shipped with this laptop is a regional warranty and is only covers in the region of purchase. However, you can always upgrade to an international or premium warranty by contacting the Dell sales team.
