Is open box good or bad? null

It depends on what it was opened for. Geek Squad usually goes through the open boxes before they post them for sale. I've purchased many open box buys and they were like brand new. You can always call and ask them as well.

This is a personal opinion. Some want items no one has touched. For me as long as you get a warranty on an item you have to remember everything is covered as if it were new. Would I get an open box item with no warranty...no for me. Hope this helps.
