That is highly variable depending on the game. I have run COD WWII in 4K and am getting 60+ FPS. It is incredibly smooth. FS2020 in 1080p at high settings 30-50 FPS depending in the complexity of the scenery. It also is incredibly smooth. Make sure all updates to bios and gpu are performed and I think you will be happy!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on the game, this has an RTX 2070 MAX Q, MAX Q being the important part. This card is NOT meant for 4K gaming. While it is rated at full 1440P gaming, use of DLSS is a must. Depending on the title, you can switch between Performance, Balanced, or Quality setting for DLSS, most of the time I leave it on Balanced with most of the settings on high or ultra with ray tracing effects on all games. The tricky part to figure out is what resolution to run all games at, but Nvidia recommends 2048 x 1152 for best frame rate vs quality. They are right because my FPS hardly ever dips below 60, with outstanding visuals on this beautiful OLED screen, which is hands down my favorite part. If you use an external monitor you will have better results as you can hook that screen directly to the RTX 2070 MAX Q without it having to route through the integrated Intel 640 gpu. Hope this helps, but since this card was not meant to be used for 4k gaming, this would be your best route. And BTW, 2048 x 1152 on this screen looks better than ANY 1080P monitors I have ever seen, so it is not a compromise.
