The warranty on this computer is not through Dell (the manufacturer), it is through the Best Buy store. I would not recommend buying a refurbished computer from Best Buy unless you are located near a Best Buy store. I bought this computer and it arrived unusable. I was told that my only recourse was to return it to a store for a refund or take it to a store to have it sent out for repair. They have the worst customer service of any store I have ever shopped at. If you are not located in the US, I would expect the experience to be even worse for you.
