QuestionIs the optical drive a DVD Super Multi DL drive?According to the overview, the DVD/CD burner "reads and writes to a variety of media formats, including DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW and CD-R/RW." Can the DVD/CD burner also read and write to a DL DVD and DVD-RAM disc?

QuestionWarranty service on Geek Squad Certified Refurbushed?According to the documentation it appears that with Geek Squad Certified Refurbushed laptop I would just bring the Product to a Best Buy store for repair. Is that right? i don't have to send it to the manufacturer? That seems like it's similar to their standard protection that usually costs at least $159, but already included. So what's the difference between the refurbished certified warranty (which is included) and their Geek Squad protection plan (not referring to the accident damage plan)

Questionwhat are the conditions of returning this computer?I mean if the computer was really damaged, can I return it? I'm really scared of this refurbished thing, but the price is so good for that kind of computer. :)
