“One user reported the laptop surface temp running hot (93 deg), even using only low power applications. Is this a common concern/problem or just an isolated problem? How hot, or cool, does Dell say it should run? How does this compare to other models?”

Dell always suggests their users to have all the drivers and firmware updated on the system from the Dell's support website. However, there have been no complaints about this system. This laptop is an excellent choice for home and school/college use.
