“How good is the Dell customer service with regards to troubleshooting, real time diagnostic tools and update notification? HP's really good about it and diagnostic tools are still available after the 1 year warranty. I am torn b/t this Dell or another HP.”

You have live technicians who will help you troubleshoot round the clock via Twitter and other social media channels. You can also call Dell's phone support and they will assist you with the troubleshooting.
