“The one issue I have is the sound. When on Zoom meetings I am told I sound very low. I have the audio on its highest settings. I am also sitting close to the laptop. Are there any other suggestions?”

The microphone is Riiiiiight next to the camera, so you have to speak to the camera to sound good. I'd still recommend using headphones or a mic though.
