• No they are just the one color. The only adjustment is to change the brightness or have them totally off.

• As far as I know NO. All the Dell gaming laptops have red keys. I bought this for my son and he loves the red keys. They are not as hard to see as you would think they would be. I imagine you could probably buy a replacement keyboard with white keys if you wanted. I had to replace the keyboard on a laptop once and it was really easy.
