“Is this computer fast on booting up and surfing internet and or watching videos”

• I have not counted the seconds but i would guess 30 seconds from power button to getting on internet. The dell xps is crazy fast for log in even a 5 year old xps will still log on in 10 seconds amazing but you will pay twice the money or better for a dell xps. The dell inspiron Great for watching and editing videos too.
