I haven't tried on this machine, but have done in the past with other computers I had, and as long as you are familiar with the process of repartitioning your hard disk and install everything, it should work. Probably the hardest part will be making sure windows will use the original license after the change and won't complain because of detecting changes in the hardware config (as having different disk partitions). So make sure you create a recovery disk before starting, or even try mirroring the disk to rollback the change easily if needed.
