• A:Answer Google Chrome? I don't see why not. Just make sure you choose to use the full version of Windows, not the Windows in S mode that it is loaded with. You can make a 1-time decision to turn it off to use the normal Windows but as I was informed, that decision is permanent. Windows in S mode does not allow downloading of many things.

• A:Answer I'm not sure if Windows 98 can be used but if it can you shouldn't have to leave S Mode. S Mode basically just means you can only download apps & games etc from the Microsoft Store. I had to leave S Mode because one of the main reasons I bought it was to play on a poker site & sports book. But you can't use say Chrome you have to use Bing in S mode etc...
