• Every laptop that has a built-in camera includes a built-in microphone (pretty much every laptop these days). See attached screen capture from Insp 3501 Manual from Dell website showing camera and mic.

• The system has a front facing camera on the top bezel of the screen. There is no built in microphone in this laptop.

• Dell and Best Buy need to get together on this and decide who's correct, since the BB webpage specifically states, "Integrated Widescreen HD 720P Webcam with Dual Digital Microphone Array." Could go either way, but in this case, I would tend to side with BB, as a laptop with a camera but no microphone just makes no sense.
