Yes, this system comes with two USB 3.2 Gen 1, one USB 2.0 and one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports. You could connect the watch to any one of these connectors as per the specifications. An external monitor could be connected to this laptop through the HDMI 1.4 port.
