Fortnite is fun and yes Minecraft runs good. The max amount in the laptop when you get it is 1 tb but you can buy add ons of memory

If youre having problems, then reduce your visibility range and your graphics to minimum. (Shadows and othet unnecessary textures should be off). As for servers, that all depends on your internet speed rather than the computer.
