• I had oufs up and running almost immediately. There might be a couple of updates, but its still really quick. Not sure why the 8 hours. Unless its your wifi.

• It took me 40 minutes, I think 8 hours is way to long for any device to boot up. I will suggest to call to the support line or take it to the store.
