I'm very happy with this purchase, easy to use, touch-screen, large enough but very lightweight, It gets online fast and without any problems, large storage, number key pad included and I got it for a great price.

Love that this is a touch screen computer, really fast

When I bought this computer I couldn't beat the price and the 1T hard drive. I am used to having a 256GB SSD in my last computer but with the bigger HD and the touch screen it is worth the money to get this laptop.

I am absolutely happy with how easy it is to use my laptop anywhere I go.

I just got a Dell laptop with Windows 10 on it. The gentleman who helped me out with it was wonderful. He really explained how to work it. So when I got home it was wonderful to be able to work it right away.

Very goog speed and great features. Having a Touch screen is a great advantage.

The price, the practicality and overall room for my files made this one of the best purchases I've made.

I luv this computer. I needed a computer so I can work from home. This computer has excellent speed, all the bells and whistles.

My hard drive was going out. My old computer would not keep the driver for the cd rom so I found myself having to replace it. Saw this one on the discount rack & was pleased with all it offered.

I asked my wife if she enjoyed her new computer. She said, "Yes, please go away, so I can enjoy it." I did some laundry...uggh.

Taking into account the low-average price of this laptop it brings a great performance for such price. Excellent product so far!!!

I like the dell computer. The Geek Squad was the best.

I had usedthe laptop plugged into a wall for three weeks so I did not notice the battery did not work until after the 14 day return policy had passed. This particular model has been discontinued.

I was a bit skeptical about about buying a Dell product. I used to love Dell but the quality went way down from the original products that were made in Round Rock, Texas. I wasn't ready to buy another laptop since I purchased a nice Asus X555LA on Black Friday. UNFORTUNATELY, my dog cracked my screen. So my Asus (which is now my Desktop since I didn't buy the Insurance plan from Best Buy) they wouldn't return the cracked screen. Now I do like the new Dell, I was looking at same priced laps. that still had Intel Celerons (which should have been phased out many years ago) so Core i3 is plenty fast, 6gb memory is more than I need, and a 1 TB hard drive is extremely fast. and touch screen is sweet. I wanted another Asus but they have moved on from my model and most importantly (for what I paid $376.00 plus I got insurance this time) so far I am a happy camper.

As an upgrade to an equivalent Dell that's over 5 years old, the expectations had been relatively low. However, this machine fared very well, with noticeable speed doing everything where the previous one was slow. Ample memory and storage, plus things you'd call nice-to-haves, like SD card reader and touchscreen, made this a solid buy for me. By no means a workstation, it's a solid performer for everyday use.

The laptop has a wide variety of pros but some of the cons can really weigh on those. Overall, I love the laptop for what it is, a media machine with a bit under the hood. Bluetooth and HDMI make for an easy transition into your already modern life. My favorite aspect of this entire laptop is that at any moment I can touch the screen and move to where I want to be without any interruption. One of few faults I have also involve the touchscreen. It's awkward to have to reach over the entire keyboard and touchpad to reach it, without any real way to make that convenient, I find that to be a problem. The speed and overall reliability of this device I'd say are moderate to good. My hdd failed after just a month, which is sad, but I will say that Dell really handled this the right way and are repairing it under warranty. Overall as shown above 4 out of 5.

It's been a while since we have a PC since we all have Apple products from iMac to iphones to iPads and MacBook. We bought this because my wife can access her work only through Internet explorer. I went straight and asked for an open box. There were a lot of $200 or less but the processors are so slow, this one at least has Intel core and very satisfied with its speed. Others also come with less hard drive memory. This one has 1TB. And the price is $270 way cheaper than the MacBook. It also comes with touch screen (I like it) and the battery life I must say is quite impressively comparable if not better than the MacBook. Lighter (by a lot) and has wider screen than the MacBook. The downside I suppose is that you have to purchase anti virus and doesn't come with Microsoft office but only wordpad (that's why I gave it a 4 stars). Now I find myself using this more.

I researched several laptops and chrome books before purchasing the Dell. I am extremely happy with the purchase. I love the touch screen. The price point is hard to beat. I would buy this laptop again.

With a budget of $500. 00 I was looking for the best value I could find that complied with the criteria required...I think I achieved that, and with money to spare with the purchase of the Dell Inspiron 15.6 laptop as a gift for my daughter and husband. Actual purchase price was JUST $379! I'm not a techie, but the fact that it had a 1TB HDD, DVD drive and decent 6GB RAM were all salient points that clinched the deal. One thing I wish it had: illuminated keyboard for more convenience, however, the long battery life and slim lightweight design were also contributing factors. Along with the laptop, I purchased the 2-yr Best Buy warranty @ $99 as an added insurance policy. I've had to use the BB extended warranty with a past purchase and was impressed at how well it worked since it covers virtually any eventuality; more than the factory warranty. I also subscribe to the Geek Squad tech service which is also a valuable service, in my opinion, having availed myself of it many many times. Getting back to the Dell Inspiron, I had enough money left over to also purchase a Brother MFC-J485DW printer for only $99.99 so my budget was exceeded a bit, but feel I got great value for the buck! This is a pretty sweet little laptop. The touchscreen was right up my alley and for the price I am tickled with all that it has to offer. I haven't used it to much just yet as it is for school but have loved everything about it thus far.
